My work is rooted in tracking the patterns, lines, and threads that are already present and allowing them to show me where attention is needed.
Sometimes that means working directly with the body.
Sometimes it means walking a piece of land and noticing what is emerging.
Sometimes it means entering an energetic space and allowing what is ready to move to move.
I don't believe there is one formula for this work.
Each person, each piece of land, and each season carries its own story.

A three-month container for reconnecting with your body through whole-food nourishment. We explore your relationship with food, track patterns, and create simple, seasonal ways of nourishing yourself that can actually live within your everyday life.

A year of learning how to be in relationship with the land you call home.
A deeply personal, year-long container for those who feel called to create a more reciprocal relationship with their land. Through seasonal visits, land tracking, historical research, regenerative practices, and ceremony when appropriate, we follow what is emerging and allow the land itself to become part of the conversation.
