All orders are Processed within two to four business days once they have been placed. Keep in mind that we are a small family business that also has a farm with animals and small children. We appreciate your consideration.
It is very important that you supply an email address in order to track your purchases.
When it has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Once your order leaves Woodland Farms, it becomes the property of the Post Office and they will be able to inform you where your order is and if and when it was delivered to your address. Your tracking number will assist you in getting this information. Checking with your local post office will be your responsibility.
