The All Mighty One: A Healing in the Unknown
This is my most vulnerable share.
There’s a place within my body that has called my attention — a spot taking home on my kidney. It holds both fear and wisdom, shadow and light. I don’t know exactly what it means, but I trust that this too is part of my healing journey.
As I sit here with my eyes closed, a soft chuckle rises over my right ear.
“It’s me,” a voice whispers. “It’s always been me — the one who’s been sucking the life force from within you. But now I’ve got your attention.”
The voice feels familiar. It continues, “I wanted to be the great healer. It was my dream. And now you are living it — through me, with me. I’ve been here all along, taking just enough so you’d keep reaching and pushing, fueling my need to serve. That’s what we do. We serve.”
My shoulders tense. My feet grow cold. Chills ripple over my skin. My breath turns shallow.
I slow it down. Deep, steady breaths. Ease the tension.
An extraction is needed.
The little one within me is frightened — she calls this other energy “The All Mighty One.” She says, “I live in the womb, she lives in the upper world.”
I see flashes of a mother–child relationship. My channel confirms: yes.
It’s confusing, yet I’m told to keep writing — that this is how I’ll see the whole picture. Layers begin to unfold like an onion, each revealing something or someone new awakening within me.
Then I’m brought back to yesterday’s CT scan results:
Lower chest — normal.
Liver — normal.
Spleen — normal.
Pancreas — normal.
Adrenal glands — normal.
Kidneys — no stones or hydronephrosis.
And then the line that catches my breath:
2.3 x 2.0 cm indeterminate left upper pole mass.
Fear creeps in. I close my eyes.
A soft chuckle again. “This is me,” says The All Mighty One.
But in my womb, I feel another presence — the Little One — grounding me.
Behind me, Black Bear appears. She stands tall, feet planted firmly in the earth, arms raised high, roaring at The All Mighty One.
An internal battle, yes. But also a deep knowing: we will prevail.
I — Self — will prevail.
As I write, the song “Root” plays through my headphones, its chorus repeating: “I’m safe in this body, I am.”
It feels like Spirit itself chose this song for this moment.
My energy begins to drain. Black Bear calls me back: Rest. Enough work for today. Nourish.
Where this journey leads, only time will tell.
But what I can say with confidence is this:
I will prevail.
I will be stronger for it.
And for that, I am in gratitude for its teaching — and in full surrender to the unknown.
In Peace, Love and Service,
Rebecca
