Remembering the Simplicity of Life

Good Morning My Loves,

As I stood in the shower this morning, I felt the water wash away what no longer served me. With each drop, new light poured through — cleansing, blessing, awakening. And as it did, the channel opened. The weave began again.

My mind drifted to everything I’d seen last night while scrolling through social media — red light therapy masks, lymphatic shaker machines, spa retreats, juicers, supplements, and endless ways to “extend” our lives.

But as I looked closer, I saw the thread.
A shared longing.
A deep desire not just to live longer — but to feel alive.

We’ve forgotten how precious this one breath, this one heartbeat, this one fleeting moment of life truly is.

Last night, during closing ceremony, we were asked to close our eyes and envision the future of the world.
And what I saw took my breath away.

Fields of people gathered in community — healthy, grounded, radiant.
No possessions, no distractions — just love.
It was so simple.
Humans remembering what it means to be together.

And yet as I write this, doubt rises. My ego whispers:
Who am I to share this? Who really reads these words I send into the ether?

But Spirit interrupts me gently:
“Pause. Breathe. Listen.
It’s part of the story — the same story they tell themselves.
The fear, the doubt, the ‘not enough.’
You’re simply giving it a voice so they can hear their own reflection.”

And so, my loves, I ask you to pause and reflect with me:
What beliefs are you carrying today that keep you from living in love — not just with others, but within yourself?

It’s easy to pour from an empty cup, to overextend, to serve until the well runs dry. But Spirit reminds us — healing begins with you.

And the tie between all those material things we chase?
They are the doorway.
The spark that awakens awareness — the first whisper that something deeper is calling.

We are here to remember that the path to light is not about adding more — it’s about releasing, softening, returning to simplicity.

Spirit says:
“You did well, my love. Just remind them —
We are here.
Lean on us.
Use us for guidance.
It’s all so simple.”

An Invitation to Go Deeper

If these words stirred something within you — a recognition, a whisper, a pull — perhaps it’s time to sit with what’s rising.
For those ready to begin the deeper work, to see the patterns you may be missing or need help witnessing, I invite you to book a session with me. Together, we’ll listen for what’s beneath the noise and bring light to the places that are asking to be seen.

You can find me at www.woodlandfarms.org — your next step toward remembrance, healing, and truth awaits.

In Peace, Love and Service,
Rebecca
